The Last Ship Docks In Newcastle
Superstar Sting gave the Graham Wylie Foundation a massive boost, with a special VIP performance of his musical, The Last Ship, during its run at Northern Stage. Funds from the night – which included an after show party at Wylam Brewery where Sting performed some of his biggest hits – went to support the new Nordoff Robbins music therapy centre in Newcastle, the first outside of London. The centre, which has been created and supported by the Graham Wylie Foundation, was officially opened the following day by Sting, along with the Kaiser Chiefs.
