November is here and the festivities have begun. Flyers, cards and advertisements are everywhere we look, drawing us in (excuse the pun) to the festive activities and products in the city.

It is said that whilst good customer service keeps the custom coming back, design is the driving force that makes a brand memorable and we couldn’t agree more. When you think of a company, what do you picture?
